Ekpenyong Duke has a pedigree in sales and business development with more than 24 years of practical work experience with over 15 of these years in Ownership and Management experience. He has been actively involved in management and huge turnaround of several top-notch businesses with large portfolios. He seeks cooperation with other companies to implement sustainable business strategies and drive systemic change. Duke is familiar with the management and control of extensive and complex projects. He has also been involved in formulating and implementing business and operational strategies, policies, and procedures with a track record of starting off fresh businesses and increasing revenue and profitability in existing companies.

An MBA holder from the prestigious Lagos Business school, Duke has attended several management and Business building seminars and workshops across the globe, ranging from trainings at the IESE Business School Barcelona Spain, Radio Frequency Systems Hanover, Germany, to mention a few. He is a member of the National institute of Management and a fellow of Strategic Finance & Administration.

Duke had worked in various industries, from Banking, ICT, Systems Integration, Advertising and Auto; He has also managed a Public-Private Partnership company associated with Lagos State Government. He has consistently demonstrated a passion for Business growth and development through customer satisfaction.

He is married with three children.

Mr. Muritala Jinadu is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with a B.Sc and M.Sc in Accounting and Finance. He is the Group Financial Controller of the University of Lagos Holding Company (UniHOLD).

He rose through the ranks as an Audit Trainee to become a Manager, Internal Audit and Due Process at several reputable companies across various sectors of the economy. He has worked with Umoru Inusa-Umoru & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Manager (Audit & Consultancy), where he handled projects ranging from Audit engagements to Tax and Consultancy engagements. He also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwC) in Nigeria as a Contract Consultant (Finance and Accounting Advisory).

Taiwo is a seasoned professional with several years’ experience in instituting and maintaining effective control environment, financial reporting, business strategy and financial advisory. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

She gathered her experience in Auditing, Internal Control and Compliance from various institutions such as Skye Bank Plc, OGFA & Co, (Chartered Accountants) and First Deepwater Discovery Limited (Oil trading and marketing Company) where she was the Team Lead, Internal Audit and Control before her appointment as the Group Internal Auditor of UniHOLD Limited.
